• Location – where contacted aerial work is done,
• details of the services provided to you and details of products supplied to you and/or applied on your behalf;

We collect your personal information in order to provide our services to you. We generally only collect information that we regard as essential to enable us to provide our services to you.

Providing some information is optional. However, most information that we collect from you is essential for us to provide our services to you.  You may choose not to supply certain information, but it may mean that we are unable to provide our services without the requested information

We keep your information safe by storing it digitally in a secure computer system, and where there are “hard copy” files containing your personal information, we store them in a secure location.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you/your business, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
